IMPORTANT - My iPhone/iPad/iPod is running iOS 7,8,9+

You will need to remove your iCloud account from your device before sending it to us. Please see Apple iOS 7,8,9+ users


How do I send my device to you?

You can either post it to us or use our 'Express Pickup Service'.
Please see our 'Sending Your device' support section for more information.


How long will it take for me to get paid?

We aim to process all payments within 24 hours of receiving your device.


How will you pay me for my device?

When placing your order you can select to be paid by:

PayPal
When placing your order you can select to be paid by PayPal. You then enter your PayPal email address and we will pay the amount into your PayPal account within 24 hours of receiving your device. This method is normally instant.

Bank Transfer
When placing your order you can enter your bank account details and we will pay by bank transfer within 24 hours of receiving your device which normally arrives within 1 hour.

Cheque
When placing your order you can select to be paid by cheque. We will send a cheque to you through the post that should arrive within 5 days.



What will happen to the data on my device?

We will delete and restore the device as soon as it arrives to us.

it is your responsibility to make a full backup of your data before sending your device to us.

I'm not sure what the condition of my device is?

Please see our 'Device Grading Explained' article HERE for more information on selecting the condition of your device.


My device has faults but i'm not sure what they are, what do I do?

Please select 'Working-with faults' as the condition and add the 'Diagnostics' repair as a fault. We will fully diagnose your device when it arrives and revise your quote based on the repairs required.


Will you reduce the quoted offer when receiving my device?

We stand by all of our quoted prices where the condition of the device meets the condition chosen.

In the event that there are more or less faults with your device than you have selected when placing your order your quote will be revised and sent by email.


What if i'm not happy with my revised quote?

We will be happy to return your device to you completely free of charge.


You've had my device for over 24 hours and I haven't received payment or a revised offer

We rely on third parties such as the banks and delivery companies to process payments and deliver cheques. At times these can be delayed - this is out of our control.


Do you buy other devices that aren't listed?

No, we just buy the devices listed at buymyi


My device is blocked will you buy it?

No it is illegal to buy and sell devices that have been blocked. Please see our Terms and Conditions HERE
